Designed for qualifying households in designated Priority Populations communities, this offer makes upgrades accessible to the families who need it most.

Promotional Financing Details:

  • 0% APR for loan terms up to 10 years1
  • 2% APR for loan terms 10-15 years2
  • Maximum project amount: $30,000
  • No property liens or hidden fees

1 0% APR example (loans up to 10 years): A 120-month (10-year) loan has monthly payments of $83.33 per $10,000 borrowed.

2 2% APR example (loans from 10–15 years): A 180-month (15-year) loan has monthly payments of $64.35 per $10,000 borrowed.

Who qualifies for 0% loan terms?

You are eligible to apply for zero-interest financing if you meet all three of the following criteria: 

  • 1. Location

    On this California Climate Investments map, your home is located in a state-identified Priority Populations area denoted by a solid or hatched color zone. Start typing your address in the search bar. Wait until your address appears in the dropdown below, then double-click on it.

  • 2. Income

    The borrower’s income does not exceed $150,000 per year.

  • 3. Product

    You have selected a participating GoGreen heat pump water heater contractor or heat pump HVAC system contractor to install an eligible heat pump.

Apply with a participating GoGreen Home lender

Select one of the two lenders participating in this 0% promotion and follow their standard application process for a GoGreen Home loan for your heat pump water heater and/or heat pump HVAC. 
If you qualify for a loan, the lender will confirm your income prior to assigning the 0% or 2% promotional rate.
