Measure Specification: Requirements: Must be installed in a conditioned space and cover the entire window aperture, specified window coverings. Eligible: cellular shades, window quilts, or roman shades. Not Eligible: Louvered blinds or shutters; drapes; curtains; sheer, roller, or pleated shades; solar screens.
